•    In the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, art. 6 para. (1) lit. (b) of EU Regulation 2016/679 serves as the legal basis. It also applies to the processing required to perform pre-contractual actions.
•    To the extent that the data processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which Mooshee is subject, art. 6 (1) lit. (c) of EU Regulation 2016/679 serves as the legal basis.
•    In the event that vital interests of the data subjects or of other natural persons require the processing of personal data, art. 6 para. (1) lit. (d) of EU Regulation 2016/679 serves as the legal basis.
•    If the processing is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of our association or a third party, and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned do not take precedence over the interests mentioned above, art. 6 para. (1) lit. f) serves as a legal basis for processing.

The main purpose of Mooshee when processing your personal data is to carry out our activity, namely to fulfill the mission of the association to make important progress on how we provide specialized nutrition programs for children, to produce immediate changes and duration in their eating routine as well as giving them a quality life and a future in the community.

PERIOD OF STORING PERSONAL DATA

The right to request access to your personal data: the right to obtain, from Mooshee, upon request and free of charge, confirmation that your personal data are or are not processed by the association and the right to be informed regarding the respective processing;

The right to rectify your personal data: the right to obtain from Mooshee the rectification of your personal data incorrect / incomplete;

The right to delete your personal data: the right to obtain the deletion of your personal data from Mooshee, but in this case you will no longer have the opportunity to receive information via e-mail address. This right may not be exercised to the extent that the organization is required by law to retain and process certain personal data, for example, in the case of requests for access to services provided by the organization. The data can be deleted in the following situations:

a) they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;

The right not to be subject to an automatic individual decision means the right not to be the subject of a decision taken solely on the basis of automatic processing activities, including profiling, which produces legal effects or affects you in a similar way to a significant extent. ;

The right to withdraw your consent at any time in order to stop the processing of data based on your consent. The withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent given before the withdrawal.

The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or the competent courts when you consider that personal data are being processed illegally by Mooshee.

Regulation no. 679/2016 to Art. 77: The right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority provides: (1) “Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies, any data subject has the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which he has his habitual residence, place of employment or alleged infringement, if he considers that the processing of personal data concerning him infringes this Regulation. . ”
