Chicken meat with parsnip, sweet potato and onion

Hey, is hunger already knocking at the door? It’s ok, we have an idea how to calm it down. :) Let’s prepare a snack from chicken meat, parsnip, the indispensable sweet potato and some onion for a sensational taste.

  • 30 g chicken thigh
  • ¼ parsnip
  • ½ sweet potato
  • ¼ onion
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Wash the meat, boil it and chop it with a knife.
  2. Clean and wash the vegetables, cut them into tiny bits and steam them up.
  3. Once the veggies are cooked, cut them together, add the olive oil and then add the meat.

Onion isn’t good and tasty just for us, the adults. It is delicious even for the little ones. It’s more than ok to add it to the baby's meals from time to time, just make sure you cook it very well so it won’t make their tummy hurt.
