Green beans with carrot, red pepper and homemade cheese

What’s the little one up to? Hungry much? If so, he’s in great luck because today I have a Mooshee Mooshee dish in store. We’ll use green beans, a carrot, red pepper and a little bit of homemade cheese. :)

Ingredients:

  • 50 g green beans
  • ½ carrot
  • ¼ red pepper
  • 10 g homemade cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation:

1. Wash the pepper, cut it in slices and steam it.

2. Once cooked, you can remove its peel.

3. Clean the green beans and the carrot, wash them, cut them into small pieces and steam everything.

4. When the veggies are cooked, place all of them on a plate, drizzle some olive oil on top and also add the cheese.

“Wow! Dumpling, what do you say, how was it? Should we keep in mind this combination, should we test it in the future?” :)
