Steamed green beans with carrot and pepper

Hi, for today I’ve come up with a perfect idea of a snack based on green beans. As green beans are easily digested and don't cause allergic reactions to babies, we can introduce them in their food starting from 6 months. It ‘s still an excellent source of vitamins, potassium, iron and calcium even for „older” babies.

Ingredients: 

  • 50 g green beans
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/4 pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil 

Let’s start cooking: 

1. Clean and wash the carrot and green beans. 
2. Cut them into medium-sized pieces and steam them.
3. Wash the peppers and cut them into slices and steam it. 

It’s enough if you let it cook for 2 – 4 minutes, more would be an overkill. 

4. After cookingpeel the peppers. 
5. Mix the vegetables and smash them together with a teaspoon of olive oil. 

Mmm, another tasty snack. Together we conquer the kitchen! :)
