Egg with beetroot and celery

Hello, I just got the perfect idea for a delicious snack for your little one: let’s prepare some eggy with a little beetroot and celery.

Ingredients:

  • ½ egg yolk
  • ¼ egg white
  • ½ beetroot
  • ½ celery
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation:

1. Wash the egg and boil it for 15 minutes.

2. Once it has boiled, let it cool a little and cut it into quarters.

3. Clean and wash the vegetables, cut them into small bits and steam them.

4. After they are cooked, cut them together with the egg and the olive oil.

Mmm, how did the little one like it? Did he eat everything? If yes, then we can probably blame the celery for its sweet taste. :)
