Hey, no matter the season, today we’ll be cooking the greenest of greens snack, just like grass in late spring. We hope that sounds good, because it will most definitely look good! :)
1. Clean and wash the vegetables.
2. Cut the parsley root into tiny bits and steam it alongside the peas.
3. After they are cooked, chop them together and add a teaspoon of olive oil
4. If necessary, add some water to dilute the composition.
Don’t forget that weaning is an experiment, or better said, a journey of discovery for the whole family, not just for the little one. Enjoy this period for as long as possible! The Mooshee journey won’t take forever.
