Hello there, if you’re in over your head with work today and you really don’t know what to start with, we invite you to prepare a little snack. Open your fridge, take a squash, a carrot and some spinach. This should go fast! :)
1. Clean the veggies, cut them into tiny sizes and steam them.
2. Once they are cooked, smash and mix them together with a tablespoon of olive oil.
3. Add some water for babies if you wish to dilute a bit the consistency of the puree.
Did you know that spinach is a great source of calcium? Let’s see, do you know how many milligrams of calcium are there in a cup of spinach? Approximately 42 mg. Not bad, not bad at all. Because of this, I’m a great supporter of introducing spinach in your little one’s diet. :)
