Steamed squash with parsley root

Hey, hey, for the next snack we’ll follow the golden rule when it comes to feeding babies. Apart from love, the food we’re offering must have a soft and pleasant texture. You must have already noticed, the softer the texture, the better. ;) So, we’re going to make the little one some squash with parsley root...for a soft, soft texture. :)

Ingredients:

  • 100 g squash
  • ¼ parsley root

Preparation:

1. Clean and wash the veggies, cut them into tiny bits and steam them.

2. Once they are cooked, chop them together.

3. Speaking of the soft texture we told you above, if you think it’s necessary to dilute it, let’s use some still water.

“Uuu, this puree is so soft, look, a bit more and it flows out of the spoon. Monkeeey...let's eat!” :)
