Steamed sweet potato with spinach

Hey there! If your baby is a little fussy and gives you signals that he'll be hungry soon, let's start making a little snack, we don't want him to get too angry.

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • 5 g spinach

Let’s start cooking: 

1. Clean and wash the vegetables. 

2. Cut them into tiny pieces and steam them. 

3. After they are cookedsmash and mix them together. 

4. If you think it's necessary, add a little still water until it reaches the desired consistency.

Even though you can use any kind of still water, the European pediatric societies strongly recommend water with a smaller concentration of sodium than 20mg/L. So, before you buy still water from the market, carefully check the sodium concentration on the label.

Sweet potato isn’t only a delicious vegetable, these is an excellent source of fiber, contains many vitamins (A, C, B6, niacin) and minerals (manganese, potassium, copper).
