Steamed zucchini with parsnip

VITAMIN A, C, B1, B2, B3, B5, FOLIC ACID, POTASSIUM, CALCIUM, IRON, MAGNESIUM

Today we're going to make a healthy and appropriate snack even for babies who have just started weaning. Parsnips and zucchinis are classified as foods that don't frequently cause allergies and that's why I recommend that you use them with confidence, regardless of the age of the monkey.

Ingredients: 

  • 1/4  parsnip 
  • 1/2 zucchini

Let’s start cooking: 

1. Wash and clean the parsnip and zucchini. 

2. Cut the vegetables into tiny pieces and steam them.  

3. When itcooked, smash and mix them together. 

4. If necessaryadd a little still water until it reaches the desired consistency. 

The smaller the baby, the softer the texture of the food should be. As the little one grows and becomes acquainted with different food textures and tastes, we can opt for purees with harsher textures.

Zucchini is a delicious vegetable for baby, with low risk of allergiesrecommended right from the beginning of weaning.
